We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work at Clover Rover.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@clover-rover.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
